My Account

This new online box office uses your email address to register your account. If you have previously purchased tickets online from The Mill at Sonning then the chances are that an account will already have been set up on your behalf. If you don’t know the password, it will be different from the one you used on our previous online box office, then please use the Password Reset option. You will receive an email which will allow you to set up a new password to your account.

If you’ve not yet bought a ticket from our online box office or have a new email address then you should use the Create an Account option.

If you are in any doubt then go ahead and use Create an Account. If there is a problem you will see a message advising that an account already exists and giving you further instructions.
